This includes taking care of everything from the search for the accommodation itself, to the signing of the lease, payment of the security deposit, monthly payment of all basic services (water, electricity, cable, wifi, and apartment utilities), plus a cleaning service twice a week and everything else that may be needed to smoothly run the home.
